land reservation and 1 Architect


In September 2008, then we reserved a site in the north of the area because we have not had such a hurry, we wanted to begin in 2010.
The city of Recklinghausen has invited all the big builders in November Baufrühstück at City Hall, which was a complete success, we have there some future neighbors met with two families and we still have regular contact. Then we
have made in search of an architect or builder, which was not so easy! We had several conversations mit verschiedenen Architekten und Bauträgern. Ein Architekt hat uns mit seinem Konzept überzeugt, wir hatten dort einige Termine und auch schon die ersten Entwürfe wurden nach unseren Vorstellungen fertig gestellt.
Aus einigen Gesprächen haben wir unsere Reservierung bei der SER umgeändert, da der Architekt uns einige Vorteile von den Südlichen Grundstücken erklärte, heute sind wir froh das wir unten im Südlichen Teil die Reservierung geändert haben, erstens weil die viel besser ausgerichtet sind, zweitens hinter unseren Haus wird eine Grünfläche gepflanzt (keine Nachbarn) und drittens der Baubeginn der Erschließung stand schon!
Alles sah sehr gut aus, im April 2009 hatten wir auch endlich a detached house found partners with whom we have understood from the start.

We started looking for a new neighbor, but unfortunately without success. We also wanted to submit the planning application, but since we had no neighbors anymore, the issue had first done for us!
in August 2009 us then the architect angry (I do not want this in more detail). In any case, we then separated from him because we saw no more sense to work with him on! So we made our quick return to the search for someone else ...
