... for years we dream of your own home. And do we now realize that dream.
beginning of 2008 we went looking for a nice, family-friendly new housing development in Recklinghausen or environment. We were then quickly realized when then re-build, as we imagine it.
We went to various trade shows, at a small fair, I can still remember exactly here in the Sparkasse Vest, where we learned a lot about the construction area Maybach Heath, we immediately liked the area. We have on site an appointment with the SER (Stadtentwicklungsgesellschaf) agreed by the area to get to know a little more detail.
We also looked at other housing estates in the area, but had always presented on the shows that the Maybach Heath was one of our top favorites.
After some discussions with the SER, it was clear to us where we want to realize our dream and nowhere else!
