We are still waiting for our approval. Meanwhile, we had to leave twice to change the drainage plans as there were some shortcomings. The architect wanted the latest today the plans to visit us, we are still waiting in vain. We hope that we will correct drainage plans Tomorrow morning, get so that we can submit it again.
Today we received but also good news, the SER has finally approved our plans. Next week we will go together with our partners to double house notary and buy the property. Thus, we are one step further.
We hope so, that we will get this month or the approval of the city so that it can soon go go. We want to wait no longer, time is running out!
In the meantime we have commissioned a geotechnical expert advice to create, this is done well in two days, today, the experts were on site and have the job well done. When everything was going so fast!
We have already collected some quotes from several building surveyor, as we do have quite a few applicants, but we have not decided yet.
