On Friday 19/03/2010, we had to buy the notary to the property. I was very excited, but somehow there was no reason for it. At 15 clock
it went off. The date we had with our semi-detached partner.
The notary read the contract completely before, some points he had to explain to us, containing paragraph German!
There were no objections from our side, we signed the purchase agreement. Then we are with our
duplex partner and his wife went to the cafe to be initiated, we are now landowners.
